The senior official of the state police, Oltion Bistri, is among those arrested by order of SPAK this Thursday morning. 

Oltion Bistri has held important positions in the State Police. He was the director of the Durrës Police and later in autumn of 2021, the director of the Lezhë Police. He was also the head of Commissariat No. 2 in Tirana, while a few days ago he was dismissed as Chief of Operations. 

After his dismissal from the above-mentioned position, he was appointed Specialist in the Directorate of Crimes in Volum.

In the same operation, Pëllumb Gjoka, a businessman known for his influence in Shkodër, the prosecutor of Kukës, Xhevahir Lita and Astmir Bilali, the former boxing champion connected to the Bajra gang, were also arrested.
