Brigadier General Lisa J. Hou, D.O., the Adjutant General of New Jersey, meets with pilots from the Albanian Armed Forces, while holding a carved portrait of the Albanian eagle and national hero, Skanderbeg. The Albanian pilots took part in familiarization flights in New Jersey National Guard’s UH-72 Lakota helicopters as part of a longstanding partnership between the Albanian Armed Forces and the New Jersey National Guard.
